This is an important prerequisite to find balance and well-BEing, to "function well" and cope with life's challenges and joys, to be happy.
Our children know this - but what they see around them (stressed parents, busy kindergarten/school/uni/after-school timetables, overwhelmed teachers, constant pressure to be better-higher-faster in a growth-oriented society) quite often tells them a different story.
