The Bigger Picture...
When we integrate ourselves into the bigger context of all life, there is usually a feeling of great calm and relief: we can let go and re-integrate into the bigger perspectives and realities of life without feeling the need to control, to maintain, to manipulate. Instead, we can allow ourselves to steer our boat into the current, to go with the flow, to be carried and moved... Then, all our actions and our energy input will be much more efficient and powerful and effort-less, because they will be aligned with the flow of life.
To support children and young people in staying connected (or to re-connect) with their innate ability to tune into and to be aligned with their true nature is the main motivation behind my work.
I love the direct, intimate and immediate interaction that we experience when we immerse ourselves in the "wild", in nature. Nothing can replace this. Spending time in nature is essential for our well-being and well-functioning (as social and communal beings) - for all of us.
However, some of us don't live in a natural balanced environment, but in human-created structures and settings, spending a lot of time indoors (in schools, offices, homes, vehicles, etc.) - largely shut off from nature and, as a consequence, often also from ourselves, our nature. This is when our Power Tools come in handy: by applying them we prepare ourselves and our children, and practise our "abilities to stay aligned". The tools are fun, playful, easy to use - and: they work a treat (we successfully tested them :)

We are what we think Your imagination is your preview of life's coming attractions |
Many wise men and women know about the power of visualisation and imagination and apply it in their lives. The benefits are also reflected in folk wisdom and sayings and ancient teachings.
Today, visualisation techniques are widely used in sports and business coaching, medicine, education to connect with inner sources of creativity, knowledge and wisdom, individually and collectively. Children are naturally very good at visualising and playing with their imagination. It is easy for them to tap into a pool of ideas and let their imagination run free. Like learning to ride a wild horse or steering a boat through high waves, it can be useful for them to learn how to navigate and manage these creative energies and use them for their own or another person's benefit. Mental imagery and visualisation techniques can be valuable tools that ease the way, especially for those who live in cities, spend a lot of time indoors and/or show symptoms of disconnection such as stress, sleeplessness, depression, aggression, anger, hyperactivity/restlessness, fatigue, illness,... The list of symptoms grows as our divide from nature/self becomes larger. Ease the way, for yourself and for your child(ren) by sharing these great Power Tools with them.
